For Small Business Operators

You've hit a wall.
I break through them.

A human in your corner — when suppliers, platforms, and vendors won't move.

Suppliers who confirmed the ship date and disappeared. Payment processors that froze your funds and ignored your appeals. Vendors who delivered the wrong thing and stopped responding. Platforms that suspended your account with no explanation. I get results — a resolution, an escalation already in motion, or a precision framework ready to execute. Something has always moved by the time we're done.

Tell Me What You're Up Against No obligation. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.

If you have ever been at the mercy of a supplier, platform, or vendor that stopped responding — this is for you.

AI and Offshore Runaround

You have submitted the ticket, filled out the form, and chatted with the bot — three times. Every response is a variation of the same non-answer. There is a human with authority somewhere in that organization. Finding them and making your case land is exactly what I do.

Supplier and Vendor Negotiations

A supplier missed a commitment, delivered something wrong, or simply stopped responding when the conversation turned to accountability. You need someone who will stay on them — professionally, persistently, and with documented precision — until you get a real resolution.

Platform and Payment Disputes

A payment processor froze your funds. A platform suspended your account. The appeal process is circular and the support queue goes nowhere. These systems are designed to exhaust you. I know how to find the escalation path that actually produces a response.

Tech and Vendor Evaluation

You are being pitched a platform, service, or technology solution and need someone who can cut through the sales narrative — assess what it actually does, what it doesn't, where the vulnerabilities are, and whether the vendor will still be reachable six months after you sign.

Business Problem Solving

Not every problem fits a category. Sometimes a business is stuck — operationally, technically, or strategically — and needs someone with 30 years of real operating experience to look at it without an agenda and tell them what they are actually looking at.

Idea Generation and Direction

You have a business concept, a new revenue idea, or a strategic question and need someone who has actually built and run something — not a consultant with a framework, but an operator who can pressure-test it against reality and tell you where it holds and where it doesn't.

Not a chatbot. Not a consultant. An operator who stays on it until it's done.

The businesses and platforms you are dealing with have invested heavily in systems designed to make you give up. AI triage, offshore scripts, automated denials, and appeal loops that go nowhere — these are not accidents. They are strategies. Thirty years of running a real business teaches you how those systems actually work, where the humans with real authority are hiding, and what it takes to make your problem impossible to ignore.

You tell me what you're up against.
We talk through the situation in plain terms. No intake forms, no retainer agreements, no preliminary fees. I ask the questions that matter and you tell me what has actually happened — who you've dealt with, what they've said, and what you've already tried.
I find the person or path that actually moves things.
Behind every AI system and offshore script there is an organizational structure with real people who have real authority. I identify where the actual decision-maker is, what leverage exists, and what approach — regulatory filing, formal documentation, or direct escalation — is most likely to produce a response.
We build the case that is impossible to ignore.
Formal documentation. Regulatory filings. Escalation correspondence written in the language that organizations actually respond to. Not threats, not noise — precise, organized, persistent pressure that makes your problem more expensive to ignore than to resolve.
You get a real answer — and a clear path forward.
A written assessment: what the situation actually is, what options exist, what realistic outcomes look like, and the specific next steps to take. Whether I execute alongside you or you take it from there, you will know exactly where you stand and what to do next.

What getting an actual answer looks like.

Every situation below is real. Details have been anonymized.

Payment Platform  /  E-Commerce Operator

Account closed without cause. Five figures in funds frozen.

A long-operating online retailer had their payment processor account closed abruptly, with funds held indefinitely. Standard appeals through the platform's support channels produced automated responses and no resolution. The operator had been told by multiple sources there was nothing to be done.

Outcome Identified the applicable regulatory filing pathway. Drafted formal documentation establishing the pattern of conduct. Funds released in full within 30 days of submission.

Supplier Dispute  /  B2B Operator

Wrong product delivered. Supplier stopped responding after repeated follow-up.

A business operator received a shipment that did not match the confirmed order specification — a significant financial and reputational exposure with their own client on the line. The supplier acknowledged the error initially but went silent when the conversation turned to remedy. Internal escalation attempts at the supplier produced nothing.

Outcome Built a formal incident file establishing the timeline, documentation failures, and downstream financial impact. Filed through the supplier's governing industry body. Supplier produced a full remedy within two weeks of filing.

Municipal / Public Safety  /  Community Operator

A legitimate public safety request stonewalled for years by local government.

A dangerous intersection near a school had been the subject of resident complaints for years. Standard channels — letters, calls, attending meetings — produced acknowledgment and no action. The municipality had effectively run out the clock on the issue by doing nothing.

Outcome Reframed the approach entirely. Built a documented petition, identified the political pressure point, and escalated through the channel the municipality could not ignore. Crosswalk installed.

About Bill Litton

Thirty years of solving problems that landed on my desk with no one else to hand them to.

In 1993, I founded one of the first online B2B e-commerce businesses in the United States and have personally managed and overseen all operations ever since — no outside capital, no safety net. Every technical failure, every vendor dispute, every platform change, every regulatory challenge landed directly on my desk. I solved them because I had no choice.

Over three decades I have navigated payment processor closures, supplier accountability disputes, platform suspensions, technology evaluations, regulatory filings, and bureaucratic stonewalling at every level — across AI systems, offshore support structures, and institutional runarounds that most people accept as dead ends. Not because I am a lawyer or a consultant, but because I am an operator who does not stop until there is a real answer.

I now take on a small number of engagements each year, working directly with other operators who are stuck — in a dispute, a vendor negotiation, a platform quagmire, or a business decision that needs someone with real operating experience to look at it honestly. If the AI and the offshore reps and the appeal forms have gotten you nowhere, I want to hear about it.

Outside capital. Ever.

One flat fee. No billable hours. No surprises.

Attorneys charge by the hour and move slowly. Consultants charge retainers and deliver reports. Neither of them will stay on your supplier until someone calls back. This is a flat-fee engagement focused entirely on your specific situation — and what to actually do about it.

$2,500 flat fee
Real Forward Motion — Not a Report
  • In-depth intake conversation — you walk me through everything
  • Identification of the real pressure point and who actually has authority to resolve it
  • Depending on the situation: a full resolution, an escalation already in progress with the right people responding, or an execution-ready framework with the breakthrough already started
  • Documentation of everything — what was done, what was filed, what was said, and to whom
  • Honest assessment of realistic outcomes before we begin — including if the honest answer is to walk away
  • 30 days of follow-up questions via email at no additional charge

You will leave this engagement with something that has actually moved — not a document telling you what to try next. If full resolution requires additional execution beyond the initial engagement, that is scoped separately and only with your explicit agreement.

Why $2,500 and not hourly?+
Because hourly billing rewards slow work. You are paying for a specific outcome — a clear written assessment and action plan — not for my time. The flat fee also means I have no incentive to drag out an engagement. If your situation is resolved in the assessment itself, that is a win.
Are you a lawyer? Is this legal advice?+
No, and no. I am not an attorney and this is not legal advice. What I offer is operational knowledge — knowing which regulatory bodies have jurisdiction, how to document a dispute properly, and where institutional pressure actually lands. In many situations, that is more useful than legal advice. If your situation requires an attorney, I will tell you that plainly and help you understand what kind.
What if you can't help me?+
I will tell you directly in the first conversation, at no charge. Not every situation has a viable path forward and I will not take your money if I don't believe I can produce a meaningful result. Telling you the honest answer — even if it's "walk away" — is part of the service.
How long does this typically take?+
The initial assessment is typically delivered within three to five business days of our intake conversation. Execution timelines vary by dispute type. Some matters resolve in days. I will give you a realistic picture before you commit.
Do you work with businesses outside Pennsylvania?+
Yes. Supplier accountability, vendor disputes, platform escalations, tech evaluations, and business problem solving are not geographically limited. Most of what I do is handled remotely — by phone, email, and documented correspondence — regardless of where you or your vendor are located. I work with operators across the United States."
What kinds of situations are outside your scope?+
Criminal matters, personal injury, employment disputes, and anything requiring licensed legal or financial representation. I also won't take an engagement where I don't believe the operator has a legitimate grievance. If your situation falls outside what I can genuinely help with, I will tell you in the first conversation.

A straight answer before you reach out.

Not every situation is one I can help with. Here is an honest picture of where I am useful and where I am not.

This is a strong fit if…

  • You are dealing with a platform, supplier, processor, or vendor that has gone silent or given you nothing but automated responses
  • You have already tried the normal channels — support tickets, appeal forms, phone queues — and gotten nowhere
  • There is real financial or operational impact — this is not a minor inconvenience, it is affecting your ability to run your business
  • You need someone to evaluate a vendor, platform, or technology decision before you commit — and you want a straight assessment, not a sales pitch
  • You are a small business operator — not a corporation with a legal department — and you need someone in your corner who will stay on it until there is an actual answer
  • You can share the documentation that tells the story — order confirmations, email threads, what was promised and what was not delivered. You do not need to share passwords or system access. Everything you share is treated as strictly confidential.

This is not the right fit if…

  • Your situation involves criminal matters, personal injury, employment disputes, or anything requiring licensed legal or financial representation
  • You are looking for someone to threaten, harass, or manufacture pressure against a party that has treated you fairly — I work with legitimate grievances only
  • You need an immediate same-day resolution — thorough, documented escalation takes time to do correctly
  • You are a large corporation or enterprise — this practice exists specifically to level the playing field for small operators, not to serve the other side
  • The problem stems from your own non-payment, credit issues, or breach of agreement with the other party — I advocate for operators with legitimate grievances, not operators who are themselves the cause of the dispute

If you are not sure whether your situation qualifies, reach out anyway. The first conversation costs nothing and I will give you an honest answer.

The first conversation costs nothing. If I can't help you, I'll say so directly — and point you toward someone who can.
